1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information where available.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of these two countries.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship via UPS. UPS Ground typically delivers within 1–5 business days within the continental United States. UPS Standard typically delivers within 3–7 business days to Canada; cross-border shipments may take longer due to customs processing.
Orders totaling $65 or more (before tax) ship free. Orders under $65 are charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are outside of our control.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by Canadian customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@cottolifestyle.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
