This Privacy Policy explains how CottoLifestyle (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit cottolifestyle.com or make a purchase.

1. Return Window
 We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, please contact us before sending any item back.

2. Condition Requirements
For hygiene reasons, socks must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items
 – Socks that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use
 – Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, email support@cottolifestyle.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions, including the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges
Need a different color or size? Contact support@cottolifestyle.com and we’ll help arrange an exchange, subject to product availability and the same condition requirements as returns.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
